My name is Amanda, and I’m an aspiring baker currently living in Northeast Florida with my German Shepherd, Cassie. I’m into the crafty side of things (scrapbooking, sewing, homemade gifts, etc.) and super into baking. It’s been my lifelong dream to open my own bakery, and as of February 2012 - I started my first step towards getting there – pastry school!
