The other day, on the way to class, I had some extra time so I popped into my local Betty Griffin House thrift shop. I had been in there a few weeks ago, purposefully, and found nothing. Of course, the day I stop in because I have a spare 5 minutes, is the day I find all sorts of awesome stuff. I was almost late for class!
Don't you love how that works out? :)
Beige Clutch - $4.00
Leopard Print Belt - $3.00
Small Glasses - $0.25 each
Snowflake Jars - $1.50 each
I normally don't buy clothing at thrift stores, mainly because I'm too lazy to sort through millions of pieces of crap to find one item that I like. Perhaps that was just a problem in California, because I've been on a roll here in Florida!
Printed Blazer - $2.00
(I know what you're thinking - eww. But my mom is going to help me make this into a shrunken blazer, and I think it will be perfect for the fall!)
Coral Pants (Express) $2.00
(My mom is also going to help me make these into skinnies so that I can wear them with my boots!)
Tweed Skirt (Jones New York) - $3.00
Total, including tax: $18.55
Not bad, if I do say so myself!!
