It's been quite a while since I did an Instagram Sunday!
Being back in Florida means I go out and do more fun stuff (thanks to my super active/in-the-know BFF, Jessi!) - which equals way more pictures! I'll spare you all of the back pictures that I didn't get around to posting, and I'll just stick with this past week's :)
Cassie took her first trip to the beach! We never got around to taking her while we lived in CA (Ronnie went before we adopted her) - bad parents, I know. She liked the walk, but wasn't too sure about the waves!

I decided to get super organized with my thrift stores, consignment shops, and vintage/antique stores. I went through every resource I could find and categorized my findings so that I can visit all of the stores in my area and decide which ones are keepers, and which aren't!
Nothing beats an iced vanilla chai from Cafe 11 and an afternoon at the pool!
The other night we had dinner at Gas, a super cute little restaurant on the island. I totally forgot to take a picture of my burger before I destroyed it. It was amazing!
To help wash the burger down, I ordered a Thomas Creek Vanilla Cream Ale. It was really good, although it was not very vanilla-y (at least not to me!).
My first sewing project here in Florida (and my first sewing project in like a year!) was a little curtain to hide the open space underneath my new bathroom sink. More details, and better pictures, will be up later this week!
