Before I left San Antonio to come to Florida, one last thrifting trip was in order! Unfortunately, I was only able to hit up two thrift stores in the time I had remaining, but I found some pretty great stuff!
Goodwill
Glass - $0.49 I just couldn't pass this little guy up at only $0.49. I figure a lone glass would make a great prop for photos!
Silver Platter - $3.99 Again, I couldn't pass this beauty up. I'm thinking it would make a great display for pretty baubles on my dresser!

I never seem to find anything that's on sale with the 'color of the day thing', but I did happen to find out that Thursdays (the day I went) is Military Discount Day! Active duty, retired military, and military dependents all get 30% off each and every Thursday (with proper ID). I wish I had known this before my last trip, but it did save me a good chunk of change on this trip. Just goes to show that you should always ask what sort of discounts they offer!
